The Role

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Accountant cum Audit Assistant with a CA Intermediate articleship experience, , and significant experience in the UAE market. This is a critical client-facing and operational role where your skills will directly impact the financial health and regulatory compliance of our diverse clientele.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of CA Intermediate (CA Inter) and should have bachelor’s degree as well.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience in the UAE. Mandatory recent experience working within an Audit Firm as an Audit Associate or similar capacity.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Expertise in UAE regulatory compliance, specifically VAT filing/reconciliation and working knowledge of the new Corporate Tax framework.
• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or a major ERP system and advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements.
• Prepare audit working papers, documentation, and audit reports.
• Conduct audit fieldwork and gather supporting information.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare periodic accounting and management reports for clients.
• Attend client meetings and respond to client queries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,500 - AED 4,500 per month (Commensurate with experience and interview performance).
• Benefits: Annual Leave, Health Insurance, Ticket Allowance
• Working Days : Monday to Saturday.
