- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports specific to the factory and Construction projects.
- Manage and oversee all accounting functions related to factory projects, including job costing, revenue recognition, and cost control to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of invoices and payments.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with project managers and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project costs and track variances to support profitability analysis.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions as required.
- Maintain general ledger, perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Implement and improve financial controls and procedures suited to the interior fit out industry
