Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Barista to support both financial operations and day-to-day café service. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers while also engaging in a dynamic specialty coffee environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including sales reconciliation and cash handling
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records (expenses, revenue, payroll support)
- Monitor cost control, inventory valuation, and supplier invoices
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Coordinate with management on financial performance and cost optimization
Barista & Café Operations:
- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages following specialty coffee standards
- Support daily café operations during shifts as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment care
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
Requirements
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
- Basic to good knowledge of specialty coffee or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle both administrative tasks and customer-facing responsibilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Valid driving license
