Job Title: Accountant – Credit Control & Payables

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and accounts payable, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and effective credit management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Oversee credit control activities, including customer credit assessments and collection follow-ups.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control and accounts payable. (construction industry)
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Can join immediately
• With NOC/Transferrable visa/QID
