Accountant – Credit Control & Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accountant with strong credit control and risk management expertise. The ideal candidate will be confident in client-facing situations, communicate clearly and professionally, and demonstrate the maturity and judgment required to manage sensitive financial matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credit control processes, including monitoring accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments
• Assess and manage financial risk related to customers, contracts, and credit exposure
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounts, payments, and queries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit control and financial risk management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional in client-facing environments
• Demonstrated seniority, reliability, and sound professional judgment
• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
