Job Title: Accountant cum Admin

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Accountant cum Admin to join our team. This role combines financial management with day-to-day administrative coordination to keep the business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the management team, ensuring accurate accounting, efficient processes, and professional communication with suppliers, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting system (QuickBooks Online).
  • Record daily transactions including invoices, payments, expenses, and bank entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and expense breakdowns.
  • Support payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.
  • Assist with VAT filings, compliance, and coordination with external auditors when needed.
  • Track inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) in coordination with the roasting and operations teams.
  • Provide insights and support management with budgeting and financial forecasting.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain smooth administrative workflows.
  • Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.
  • Manage basic HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave schedules, and employee records.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication between departments.
  • Support the management team with ad hoc tasks and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in the F&B, coffee, or hospitality industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
