Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Admin to manage financial records and handle administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting data while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist in HR tasks such as attendance and employee records
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence
  • Support general office operations and management requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
