Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations for bank, cash, and accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable; verify, allocate, and post transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in payroll preparation and related statutory filings.
- Support in budget preparation, expense control, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and banks when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company financial policies.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle correspondence, document control, and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies, utilities, and service contracts.
- Support HR in maintaining employee records, leave tracking, and attendance.
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, and reports as required by management.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., D365 BC)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B sector is an added advantage.
