Accountant cum Customer Service

Pattern Vacation Homes Rental is seeking a finance professional with strong customer service skills to manage financial operations while coordinating with guests, owners, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling numbers and communicating professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting activities (AR, AP, reconciliations)
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L.
  • Handle invoicing, collections, refunds, and payment follow-ups
  • Coordinate with guests and property owners regarding payments, invoices, and statements
  • Provide professional customer service support related to billing and financial queries
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and property-wise profitability
  • Ensure VAT compliance and proper financial documentation
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (hospitality or holiday homes preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and VAT
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software Zoho.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
