Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant cum HR to manage both finance and human resources functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT and Corporate Tax submissions in line with UAE regulations.
- Handle inter-company transactions and consolidations across multiple entities.
- Prepare and issue invoices and customer statements.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) vs. sales performance.
- Process payroll (WPS), incentives, and end-of-service benefits (gratuity).
HR & Administration:
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, annual leave, and visa/passport/medical insurance renewals.
- Manage additions and deletions in medical/office insurance and ensure timely trade license renewals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and HR functions within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP) is an advantage.
