- Record Keeping:Recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and posting journal entries.
- Account Management:Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and processing invoices.
- Reconciliations:Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial records are balanced.
- Financial Reporting:Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Audit Support:Assisting senior accountants and external auditors with various tasks and providing documentation as needed.
- Compliance:Ensuring financial records and company operations comply with financial regulations and company policies.
- Budget Assistance:Supporting the preparation and development of budgets and financial plans.
