Accountant cum Storekeeper

Faith Healthcare Management is looking for a dedicated Accountant cum Storekeeper to manage one of our stores in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations while handling all accounting tasks, ensuring smooth inventory management and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and accounts reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and generate reports on stock movement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and delivery.
  • Handle petty cash and prepare financial statements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and storekeeping (preferably in healthcare or retail).
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle store operations efficiently.
