Senior Accountant

We are a manufacturing & retail company that is currently seeking a highly skilled Arabic-speaking senior accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations, and proficiency in ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

Prepare financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

Handle VAT and corporate tax filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Monitor and maintain accounting records and documentation.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial audits.

Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards.

Proficiency in ERP is a must.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
