Accountant-Evening Shift

Location: DHA Phase II Extension, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Timings: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and record all financial transactions in QuickBooks (payments, purchases, journal entries)
• Handle accounts payable and receivable including invoicing, vendor payments, and customer billing
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and support purchasing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Strong experience in QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Good command of MS Excel (data entry, reporting, analysis)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
• Good communication skills for vendor and freight coordination
