Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and wastage
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Maintain internal controls and accounting best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the F&B industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory and cost control systems
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, ERP, etc.)
- Valid QID and ability to join immediately
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
