Position Overview:
The Accounts Assistant supports the accounting department in managing day-to-day financial tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with invoices, payments, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally ERP or other accounting software
  • repare, verify, and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Record receipts and handle accounts payable/receivable transactions.
  • Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment-related queries.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and basic reports in Excel and Word.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheets and maintain employee payroll record

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 2+ years experience of Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
