Senior Accountant (Female Only)

Join our team as a Senior Accountant and play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring our organization’s financial health. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to lead key accounting functions and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Assist in tax planning and advisory for clients or internal stakeholders
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
• Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management
• Support in automation, documentation, and process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (GST, TDS, PF & PT)
• Proficient in Tally or other accounting tools
• Working knowledge of Income Tax e-filing portal, the GST portal, and TRACES
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate compliance and audit procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
