ACCOUNTANT (FEMALE ARAB)

Job Title: Female Arab Accountant
Location: To be assigned in Sharjah Branch

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Arab Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in handling accounting functions within the UAE, preferably in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage VAT filing and ensure timely submission in compliance with UAE laws
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Female Arab national
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Experience in Real Estate or in Construction industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations in UAE
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Experience handling multiple accounts or properties
• Knowledge of real estate accounting systems

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
