Accountant -| Female Only -| (Real Estate / Property Development)

Position: Accountant | Female ONLY | (Real Estate / Property Development)

Experience: 1–5 Years (Minimum 2 years UAE experience required)

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with IFRS and UAE laws.

* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

* Monitor project-related costs and ensure accurate allocation of expenses.

* Handle VAT computations and timely filing of returns in compliance with FTA guidelines.

* Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and internal compliance checks.

* Manage and track escrow accounts in line with RERA/DLD regulations.

* Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for projects.

* Support procurement and contracts teams with financial verification and documentation.

* Liaise with banks for payments, guarantees, and facility management.

* Ensure internal controls are followed across all financial processes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (real estate background preferred).

* Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT laws, and RERA/DLD compliance.

* Proficiency in accounting software

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
