Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Mearltiin FinEduTech Private Limited, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and account reconciliation. The role also involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, conducting financial analysis and forecasting, and providing support during audits. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger management
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, and Account Reconciliation
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Budgeting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,529.41 - ₹21,369.67 per month
