Accountant / Finance Specialist

GL.iNet is a fast-growing technology company specializing in Wi-Fi networking products, serving customers worldwide. We are expanding our U.S. operations, including warehousing, light assembly, and local distribution, and are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese & English) Accountant / Finance Specialist who is familiar with U.S. accounting standards, taxation, and bookkeeping practices. This role will work closely with our U.S. team and coordinate regularly with our finance team in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping, including AP/AR, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Manage payroll coordination and ensure compliance with federal and state tax requirements
• Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support tax filings (federal, state, payroll taxes, sales tax, etc.) in collaboration with CPA firms
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and internal controls
• Communicate and coordinate with overseas finance teams (China HQ)
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support audits and regulatory compliance as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in the U.S.
• Familiar with U.S. GAAP, payroll, and tax regulations
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a small business or startup environment is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
