Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist the finance department in smooth functioning. Candidates with hospital accounting experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and bill verification
• Handle cash book, petty cash, and daily collection reconciliation
• Prepare invoices, bills, credit/debit notes, and support billing operations
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers & patient bill deposits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and statutory requirements
• Prepare financial reports as required by management
• Assist in internal & external audits by providing necessary documents
• Coordinate with departments for financial data accuracy

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & Tally ERP
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, statutory filings & hospital billing preferred
• Strong numerical, analytical & documentation skills
• Ability to handle time-bound tasks and maintain accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
