Compensation: USD $24,000 – $36,000 (based on experience)

About the Role

Join our finance team as an Accountant on the High Growth Track, where you’ll play a key role in managing real client books while building the foundation for a high-impact finance career.

This is not traditional accounting.

You’ll work directly with U.S. businesses, operate in an AI-driven environment, and gain exposure to end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and workflow automation.

If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and want to accelerate toward Senior Accountant → Controller → Finance Partner, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for U.S.-based clients
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
• Post journal entries and support month-end close processes
• Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with U.S. GAAP
• Manage accounts payable and receivable tracking
• Analyze accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
• Work with accounting platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, and integrated systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis where needed
• Collaborate with internal teams on audit support, tax prep, and reporting
• Help improve workflows and contribute to automation and AI-driven processes

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of core accounting concepts (debits/credits, accruals, reconciliations)
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar tools
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with U.S.-based SMBs
• Exposure to multi-client environments (firm/BPO)
• Progress toward CPA (U.S.)
• Experience with audit support or financial analysis
• Interest in automation, AI, and modern accounting tools
