Motif Interior Decoration LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant who will prepare manager's cheque applications in accordance with sales MOUs, Cash Management, Invoicing, VAT filing and all other general accounts related works.
1.Banking:
- Prepare Manager's Cheque applications in accordance with Sales MOUs.
- Arrange and coordinate submission of Manager's Cheque applications.
- Update and maintain joint account bank transactions.
- Assist in applying for PAR insurance for mortgage facilities of newly purchased properties.
- Coordinate with banks regarding mortgage facilities and related documentation.
- Arrange deposits of cheques received for property transactions.
- Execute bank transfers for service charges and cooling charges for owned properties.
2. Cash Management:
- Manage petty cash for personal property-related transactions.
- Arrange cash withdrawals for approved property transactions.
- Keeping the proper records for the cash transactions.
3. Invoicing:
- Issue tax invoices for properties sold.
- Issue tax invoices and coordinate with tenants for rented properties.
4. VAT Filing:
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns for personal properties.
- Prepare quarterly VAT filing reports for management review.
- Maintain records and book purchase invoices for newly acquired properties.
- Maintain records and book sales invoices for sold or rented properties.
- Maintain records and book commission invoices.
- Maintain records and book invoices of service charge and cooling charges.
5. General:
- Prepare cost workings and sales price calculations for properties to be sold/
- Prepare purchase price calculations for newly acquired properties.
- Prepare service charge refund and rent refund workings for Seeling / Purchasing properties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in UAE
- Familiarity with real estate accounting principles is highly desirable
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment
- Candidate must be in UAE
- Immediate Joiners is highly preferred
