Accountant - Real Estate

Position: Accountant For Real Estate Company.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Salary: As per experience

Location: Baner, Pune

Qualification: B.COM/ M.COM/ Inter CA

Job Description

1. Experience in Day-to-Day accounting, preferably in Real Estate with exposure to RERA Compliances.

2. Preparing financial statements, sales report

3. Handling Bank deposits and reconciliation, Receipts & Payments.

4. Tracking Sales and Inventory.

5. TDS / GST Return Filling

6. Good experience with latest Tally ERP 9

7. Audit and Books keeping

8. Interacting with CA firm for Auditing, Finalisation of books of accounts, income tax returns, RERA Certificate, GST etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
