Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, vendor contracts, and financial accountability across multiple business partners and locations.

This is a hands-on operational accounting role, focused on execution rather than financial strategy. You will ensure bills are accurate, contracts are properly tracked and enforced, and financial obligations across vendors and partners are consistently managed.

Responsibilies

• Manage accounts payable and vendor billing, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Track, maintain, and enforce contracts with vendors, partners, and service providers
• Reconcile invoices, billing statements, and payment records across multiple entities and locations
• Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational accountability across expenses
• Communicate with vendors and partners to resolve billing discrepancies and contract issues
• Maintain organized records of contracts, renewals, and financial obligations
• Support monthly reconciliations and basic financial reporting
• Work with internal teams to ensure proper coding, approvals, and documentation of expenses
• Identify and resolve payment or billing inconsistencies across locations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience
• Strong experience in AP, billing, or vendor management
• Comfortable managing contracts and financial documentation
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
• Experience in healthcare, clinic, or multi-location organizations is a plus
• Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Strong communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote operational role
• Based in Washington State or able to work PST hours preferred
