Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting the management in financial decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Handle general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor budgets, forecast cash flows, and track financial performance
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
• Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits
• Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in implementing and improving accounting systems and processes
• Collaborate with leadership to support financial planning and business strategy

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant (3–5 years), preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter or equivalent qualification is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
