Accountant / Tax Professional

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Tax Professional to join our growing firm and support Brazilian entrepreneurs expanding into the United States.

This professional will assist clients with U.S. business formation, tax registrations, ongoing compliance, bookkeeping coordination, and tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Form U.S. business entities (LLCs, Corporations, etc.).
• Obtain EINs and complete required business registrations.
• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns.
• Advise clients on basic tax and compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate financial and tax records.
• Work closely with our team to support entrepreneurs throughout the business setup process.

Requirements

• Experience with U.S. business formation and tax filings.
• Knowledge of federal and state tax compliance.
• Fluency in Portuguese is REQUIRED.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Detail-oriented and client-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with small businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Familiarity with international clients, especially Brazilian business owners.
