General Accountant (UAE National) - RoyalJet

RoyalJet, a world class aviation company, seeks a dedicated and detail oriented General Accountant to join its Finance team. The successful candidate will manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and completeness.
• Manage day to day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Ensure timely billing to clients for charter and aviation services, supported by proper documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, maintaining healthy aging and cash flow.
• Verify vendor invoices, match with purchase orders/contracts, and process payments within agreed timelines.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for financial matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts or Finance related role (Preferred).
• Proficient knowledge of accounts receivable & payable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Word, MS Excel and accounting software (ERP knowledge preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is open to UAE Nationals.
