Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Budgeting & Cost Control Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The Budgeting & Cost Control Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the budgeting process, implementing cost control measures, analyzing cost data, and preparing cost reports. Day-to-day tasks also include cost accounting and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Cost Reporting
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting principles
• Excellent problem-solving and financial analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate professionally
