Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets and cost tracking systems.
  • Monitor actual project costs versus budgeted costs and analyze variances.
  • Prepare regular cost forecasts and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive Project Cost Reports (PCRs) for internal and client reporting.
  • Coordinate with project controls, procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment with cost objectives.
  • Support earned value analysis and provide input for progress and financial reporting.
  • Ensure proper coding and allocation of project expenditures in line with WBS and CBS structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control for EPC or oil & gas projects.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost reporting.
  • Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Excel, or similar tools).
  • Solid understanding of project execution phases (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
  • Fluent in English; strong communication and reporting skills.
