Cost Control Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cost Control Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project cost management and be proficient in Candy software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost reports.
• Analyze project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
• Prepare cost forecasts, variance reports, and cash flow analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost control for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Candy software is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
