ACCOUNTANT WITH HR & PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
- Record and post daily financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense claims.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documents during internal/external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees in line with company policies and Qatar Labour Law.
- Calculate basic salary, overtime, leave salary, end-of-service benefits (gratuity), deductions, and allowances.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, salary statements, and WPS (Wage Protection System) files for bank submission.
- Handle advance salary, loans, EOS settlements, and final dues.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll data.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting with HR & payroll responsibilities (experience in Qatar preferred).
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with Qatar Labour Law and WPS is an advantage.
