ACCOUNTANT WITH HR & PAYROLL EXPERIENCE

  • Record and post daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense claims.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documents during internal/external audits.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees in line with company policies and Qatar Labour Law.
  • Calculate basic salary, overtime, leave salary, end-of-service benefits (gratuity), deductions, and allowances.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, salary statements, and WPS (Wage Protection System) files for bank submission.
  • Handle advance salary, loans, EOS settlements, and final dues.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting with HR & payroll responsibilities (experience in Qatar preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with Qatar Labour Law and WPS is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
