Position Overview: We are looking for a trustworthy and experienced Accountant to join our small, growing team. This is a critical role responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The successful candidate will have a strong ethical compass and a proven track record of maintaining accurate and transparent financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies.

Required Qualifications:
