Experience: Practical experience in using Zoho Books accounting software
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books, including entering invoices, expenses, and receipts.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
- Reconcile bank accounts and automate banking transactions integration with Zoho Books.
- Generate and issue VAT-compliant tax invoices and handle VAT processing through Zoho.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and issue account statements for clients and vendors.
- Coordinate inventory audits and integrate stock data with the accounting system.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide all required data and reports for the annual audit.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports to management to support decision-making.
- Ensure integration with other Zoho systems, such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory (if applicable).
- Maintain compliance with financial policies and both local and international accounting standards.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced experience with Zoho Books (invoicing, tax configuration, reporting, bank feeds, recurring transactions).
- Good knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and system integration with accounting platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
