Accountant/Bookkeeping Associate

The ideal candidate will work onsite as Full charge bookkeeper on Quickbooks online with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

• CA/ ACCA part qualified with extensive Quickbooks online experience
• Minimum 2-3 year’s experience required of providing accounting services to international clients
• Must be good at speaking English and should be able to write professional emails without any grammar and spelling mistakes.
• Core Software Proficiency: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, AppFolio, MS Excel
• Knowledge of Accounting Policies: Should be familiar with GAAP.

Specific Skills and experience :

• Expert in Fixing and arranging totally messed up books and resolving bank reconciliation errors and discrepancies without any supervision
• Must have ability to understand Real Estate and Ecommerce CRM integrations with with Quickbooks online or Xero
• Must have Experienced in Past years Catchup with self exploring and providing solutions to clients issues.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable management
• English should be at least 7 out of 10 overall (please don't apply if your English communication is not good)
• Finding, investigating and fixing incorrect transactions in reconcile bank CC account

Shift Timing : 8pm to 5am

Working Days: Mon-Fri (Sat Remote)

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
