Suntek is looking for highly motivated and passionate people for the Accounting & Administrative Assistant position in our Irvine, CA Office. Your role is to assist Accounting , Administrative Operations and support our Customer Success Team. Hundreds of forwarders across the world use our software to manage logistics, warehousing and trade compliance in the flow of global supply chain.

What you’ll do:

  • Processing customer invoice
  • Receive customer payment ach, check deposit
  • Bill payment such as online credit card, issue check
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Recording expenditures
  • Accounts Receivable Management
  • Sending quotation and receiving Purchase Order
  • Resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
  • Order and maintain supplies as needed
  • Sending out and receiving mail and packages
  • Arrange the meeting schedule for Customer Success
  • Prepare the documents related to Customer Success' Activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Preferred prior experiences in administrative support including bookkeeping
  • Preferred bilingual capability in Korean or Chinese

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
