Accounting & Administrative Coordinator

Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day financial and administrative functions.

This role works closely with the Director of Finance and is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and keeping business processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter and track bills, invoices, and payments
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
  • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, including financial documents
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records
  • Support purchasing coordination and track orders and expenses
  • Assist with administrative follow-up and internal coordination
  • Help ensure timely and accurate information flow between departments
  • Support general administrative needs for the finance function

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

  • Accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support experience
  • Experience with spreadsheets or accounting software
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, billing, or purchasing workflows
