Accounting Assistant

KW Westfield is seeking a trained Accounting Assistant with solid accounting knowledge and hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone who can step in with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism to support the financial operations of a busy real estate brokerage.

Required Qualifications — Please Read Carefully

Applicants must meet ALL of the following:

• Formal accounting education, certification, or relevant degree OR
• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential financial information

Candidates without accounting training or experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Perform reconciliations and general accounting tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end processes
• Support daily financial operations

Position Details

• Full-time: 30–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• On-site only — not remote
• Due to the full-time nature of this role, we cannot accommodate student internships

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
