ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager to be recruited in Accounting Unit of Financial Control and Accounting Department.


You will have below responsibilities for this position:

  • Financial Management: including but not limited financial accounting, financial expense control, fix asset management, tax management, financial system building, financial report and support MD to proceed the other management works.
  • Account Management: Organize and implement the bank's accounting subject management, standardize the account opening, use and account closing processes, and improve the standardization of accounting information. Maintain the relationship between the head office and branches, and optimize account settings.
  • Cost Analysis and control: Analysis of branch financial status, accounting and monitoring of accounts receivable and payable, and cost control. IFRS 16 & IFRS 9 Compliance. Monitoring of Accounts Subject to Statute of Limitations.


To fit this position, you need to have the below qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, major in economics, management or finance is preferred,
  • 2 years working experience in area of account, financial, tax and willing to build a long-run career in ICBC Turkey; working experience in banking or financial institutions, auditing work experience is preferred,
  • CPA or ACCA certification is preferred,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficiency in office software,
  • Innovation ability and learning ability. Willing and eager to learn new things, open-minded to embrace the new working requirements,
  • Strong logic and systematic thinking,
  • Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, strong teamwork awareness,
