Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

About Us:

Ace Brands LLC is a US-based franchise operator for Popeyes with a growing footprint across multiple states. Our Karachi-based back office functions as the operational and financial engine for the group. We are currently looking to hire a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to support our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performance, process-driven international finance environment.

Reporting Line:

This role will report directly to the Finance Manager – Karachi Office and will coordinate closely with US-based teams for reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly P&L, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage general ledger entries, and ensure financial data accuracy
• Prepare financial performance summaries for management and assist in variance analysis
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and ensure timely internal reporting

2. Accounts Payable Oversight

• Overlook and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review the classification and posting of vendor bills in QuickBooks Online and BILL.com
• Ensure that payments are being processed timely and in accordance with company policies

3. Revenue & Dispute Handling Support

• Work alongside delivery operations to monitor and support dispute resolution processes
• Provide dispute-related financial summaries and reconciliation reports

4. Controls, Audits & Process Enhancements

• Assist in reviewing and improving internal controls around financial operations
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvement plans to the Finance Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 2–4 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably supporting international operations
• Strong command over QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
• Ability to work independently during US EST hours with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
