Job description

Looking for an Amazon VA for the USA market.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Amazon seller accounts, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (title, description, keywords, images, etc.).
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO strategies.
• Track and analyze sales performance using Amazon Seller Central.
• Research new product opportunities and competitors.
• Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds.
• Stay updated on Amazon policies and ensure compliance.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
• Proficiency in Amazon SEO, PPC, and product listing optimization.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online retail.

Office Based Job
Timings: 9am to 5pm
Monday To Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
