ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT(FEMALE FLIPINO)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone beginning their career in finance or accounting, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Organize and file accounting documents and records
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Filing and maintain reports and report to Senior Accountant.
• She must be proficient in Computer use and Excel
• She must be able to handle the work load efficiently and able to adapt to working environment.
• She must be fluent in English language in written and verbal
• She must have professional knowledge on email writing
• She must be professional in use of Microsoft office
• She must have experience on handling property works
• She should be able to handle pressure tasks
• This is urgent hiring so must able to join asap

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
