Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary engine behind our daily financial operations, managing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable while ensuring our records are audit-ready. The ideal candidate loves a balanced ledger and thrives in an environment where accuracy is the top priority.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

Will include, but not be limited to:

  • AP/AR Management: Manage the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices and customer billings to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations and monthly general ledger account reviews to catch and resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and preliminary financial schedules.
  • Compliance: Maintain digital and physical financial records in accordance with GAAP standards.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and internal departmental billing questions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with QuickBooks.
  • Skills: Exceptional data entry accuracy and the ability to meet strict monthly deadlines.
