Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and dependable Accounting Clerk to assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with systems, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and takes pride in keeping financial and administrative processes organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and sort vendor invoices from email, physical mail, and vendor portals
  • Scan and save documents into a shared “Unposted Vendor Bills” file for team access
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and document organization
  • Enter daily sales into the accounting system
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support the accounting team with general administrative duties
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of daily QuickBooks Online use (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working with digital files, scanning, and document management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with Accounts Payable processes
  • Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
