Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will manage a variety of financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance across our accounting processes. Your expertise will support our financial health and help us maintain smooth operations as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent customer service ensuring effective and efficient satisfaction.
• Collaborating with leadership addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to accounts payable and receivables
• Proactively manage all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations and process including invoicing with collections and forecasting payable timelines
• Generate and deliver reports as needed / requested supporting the overall financial performance
• Build process regarding billing and collections, document and refine as needed
• Consistent financial analysis of Profit & Loss and cash flow forecast
• Support the company with participation in special projects

Skills

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process
• Exemplary customer service skills
• QuickBooks (or equivalent) knowledge required
• ServiceTitan knowledge a plus
• Able to work Monday – Friday with a minimum of 32 hours
• Able to work in office (Horsham, PA) during business hours between 8AM – 4PM

Education and Experience

• Previous bookkeeping experience including collections
• Previous experience providing customer service and conflict resolution when necessary
• High School Diploma

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
