Management is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of payables, receivables, and reconciliations.

Pay: Starting at $45,000-50,000 offer dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks,nincluding accounts receivable, accounts payable, and data entry.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and check requests.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Assist with internal audits and help maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data or resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting role preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Pay: $45000.00 - $50000.00 / year
