Accounting Coordinator

Position Summary
Tecparma Mexicana LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to support daily accounting operations and financial reporting functions. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and applicable accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately and timely
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports
- Support payroll processing and expense reimbursements
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide required documentation
- Support finance manager in ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sector companies
- Knowledge of VAT and tax compliance in Qatar
- Familiarity with ERP systems
