What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance-related experience.
A college degree is not required. If you have gained strong accounting knowledge through hands-on experience and can demonstrate attention to detail and reliability, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Enter invoices, bills, payments, and journal entries accurately
- Manage customer billing and collections activities
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with payroll administration and employee records
- Review transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Work closely with leadership on accounting and operational projects
- Assist with other administrative and accounting functions as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Experience
- Transportation, trucking, automotive, or service industry experience
- QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Payroll processing experience
- Collections and customer account management experience
- Multi-company accounting experience
