Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our Finance team on a 6-month temporary/contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can step in quickly, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, streamline processes, and develop risk-mitigation strategies.
• Team Management: Supervise and assign daily tasks to accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Tax Compliance: Stay updated on UAE & KSA Tax laws and UAE Corporate Tax, ensuring compliance and timely filings.
• Accuracy of Accounts: Review books to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in accounting with expertise in local GAAP, statutory consolidation, payroll, and taxation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and IT tools.
• Agility to adapt to evolving business needs and excellent communication skills.
